Valley Gardens 1 & 2 is nearing completion. Although the traffic/bus reduction caused by the Corona Virus, means we are unlikely to see whether our concerns were justified, or not.
To address these concerns, we created some viable alternatives, of which the 'Intermediate' Alternative- can be found in the attached Word file and three drawings (PDF format) below.
